NexConsult ("we", "us") operates a consultation booking platform connecting clients with verified legal, financial, and business advisors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our website, mobile experience, or booking services, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide when booking (name, phone, email).
  • Consultation preferences such as category, date, time, and optional notes.
  • Technical data including device type, browser, and approximate usage analytics.
  • Communications with our support team via email, phone, or contact forms.

How we use your information

  • To process and confirm consultation bookings.
  • To match you with appropriate experts and send session reminders.

  • We share booking details with the expert assigned to your session as needed to deliver the service.

These terms govern your use of the NexConsult platform. Please read them carefully before booking a consultation.

Platform role

  • NexConsult facilitates introductions and bookings between clients and independent professional advisors.
  • Unless stated otherwise, advisors are not employees of NexConsult; they remain responsible for the advice they provide.
  • We strive to list verified professionals but do not guarantee outcomes of any consultation.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and booking information.
  • Attend sessions on time or reschedule according to our cancellation policy.
  • Use the platform lawfully and respect advisors and support staff.

Fees & payments

  • Displayed fees are estimates or session rates set per expert or service package.
  • Final fees are confirmed before or at the time of payment, where applicable.
  • Promotional offers are subject to separate terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

Limitation of liability

  • NexConsult is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

Cancellation & refund policy

We understand plans change. The following policy applies to consultation bookings made through NexConsult.

Client cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled session: full refund to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% credit toward a future booking.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session: no refund unless required by law or at our discretion.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, subject to expert availability.
  • Contact support or use the instructions in your confirmation email to request a new slot.

Expert or platform cancellations

  • If an expert cancels or is unavailable, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
  • Processing times for refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Consultation terms

These terms apply specifically when you book and attend a consultation session through NexConsult.

Before your session

  • You will receive a confirmation email with date, time, mode (online or in-person), and expert details.
  • Prepare relevant documents or questions related to your consultation category.
  • For online sessions, ensure a stable connection and a private environment.

During the session

  • Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes unless a different duration is specified.
  • Discussions are confidential between you and the advisor, subject to legal reporting obligations.
  • Advice provided is for general guidance; formal representation may require a separate engagement.

After your session

  • Follow-up deliverables (if any) are agreed directly with your advisor.
  • Feedback and ratings help us maintain quality across the platform.
  • For billing disputes, contact support within 7 days of the session.
